I am writing this in a shear state of exhaustion, so I may say things I don’t mean to. Last night was Suz’s shower as I mentioned before. The required attire for the weekend was an old bridesmaid or wedding dress. Let me tell you… I will have to get some pictures up of all of us. I seriously felt like I was going to Homecoming. Since April was in town, we all hung out afterwards at our house. That was a good time to catch up.
Then, Saturday morning came oh so early… 7:15 AM on any Saturday is ungodly especially when it’s freezing outside. I truly believe it should be considered a sin… maybe one of the seven most deadly sins. So I committed that sin and headed up to North Muskegon with Jim. We moved Grandma Houghteling today. So, nine people, two trips, two vans, three trucks, and two cars later… Grandma is in her new place in Montague. It is really nice and I think once she gets over the shock of everything being out of place for a while, she will really like it.
Needless to say… I am spent. I can’t keep my eyes open for the life of me. Tomorrow will be a good day of worship and some family visiting.
Oh!! We got our engagement pictures back! I would like to post them, but have to scan them first. They actually turned out really well. Tiffany, our photographer, must be a magician 🙂
Peace…
